REFUND POLICY

We have a 24 hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a refund. Please check all products as soon as you receive them and let us know if there are any issues. If 24 hours have elapsed since the time of your delivery or collection, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
To be eligible for a refund or a replacement, you will need to be able to provide proof of purchase and (or) proof of damage. 
Please check all products as soon as you receive them and let us know if there are any issues. If 24 hours have elapsed since the time of your delivery or collection, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We do our best to keep our website up to date with available products. However, due to the nature of fresh produce and fluctuating availability, we may have days where we are unable to provide certain products. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you and arrange a suitable replacement or substitution. If a suitable replacement or substitution cannot be found, we will not charge you for that item or we will issue a refund.
